Shipping Information:
We ship within the United States and to Canada. We utilize UPS for all our shipping. Remember - UPS requires a physical address, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Most orders ship on the next business day and a UPS tracking number is e-mailed to you at the time of shipment.
Canadian, as well as Hawaii and Alaska Orders: Your order will ship on the THURSDAY following the date of your order.
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees. Your local government may collect fees from you upon delivery. If you refuse to pay these fees, you will not receive your order, and, as you can understand, we cannot allow a refund due to your actions. Additionally, if your order is damaged due to this delay, we cannot offer a refund.
Purchase Policy:
For everyone’s safety, we do not re-sell returned food items, regardless of their condition. For this reason, all sales must be final. Allergiesandme.com will accept pre-authorized returns due to damages during shipment, expiration of item before receipt or if item is spoiled or defective.

The allergen-free status and any other claim regarding the ingredients of any product sold at Allergiesandme.com are made solely by the manufacturer.
